Vandoorne sticks with Willows

Belgian Stoffel Vandoorne will stay with Willows for the 2017 season.

Vandoorne will once again partner fellow Belgian born Max Verstappen in the team and will be hoping that the team’s new partnership with Judd engines bears fruit after a difficult season with the team’s in-house Ilmor engine.

Vandoorne did show considerable promise in his first year and seemed to have the edge on Verstappen early in the season, but, as the season has dragged on, he has fallen behind his young team mate and Stoffel the Waffle, will know that he needs to put this right in 2017.
