Carlos Sainz Jnr will drive for Micheal Pedersen Racing in 2017.
The Spaniard was at the Danish team’s headquarters in Sweden this morning as he signed on the dotted line after being told he was no longer required at GRM.
Sainz showed flashes of promise in his three seasons at GRM, but struggled to match team mate Bottas’s performances. The Spanish driver will now have an even greater challenge in two time world champion Sebastian Vettel as his team mate.
