Championship challenger Sergio Perez will drive for GR Motorsport in 2017 it was announced today. The driver affectionally known by Checo had been deemed surplus to requirements by current employers Tornado.
The Mexican coffee and Mcdonalds enthusiast will line up alongside nude ice bathing and seventies moustache enthusiast Valterri Bottas in what is sure to be a lively combination.
GRM will be hoping that their upward performance curve continues into next season with two proven race winners in the team.
