Autodromo Nazionale Monza – Michael Pedersen Racing today launched their 2013 challenger with returning drivers Kamui Kobayashi and Bruno Senna on hand to put the new car through its paces.
“We feel really comfortable with our new car, it’s a completely new design. The numbers say it’s an improvement from last year.” team boss Pedersen said to press on Friday morning. “I feel great with my driver lineup, Kamui is close to inventory now and Senna, I mean just the name says it all. He is going to impress you all!”
When asked about the teams propensity to qualify well but fall back in the race he said “Yeah last year we finished up good in quallie but this year the aim is obviously to build on that but also improve race pace. We’re obviously looking to return to the top!”
