AFIA announce 2013 Calendar

At the Red Bull Ring today the AFIA announced the schedule for the 2013 FF1M season. Malaysia and China both return to the calendar, with Malaysia last hosting a Grand Prix in 2011 whilst the last Chinese Grand Prix took place in 2006 and was won by Vitantonio Liuzzi driving for the Shannon team.

There is no place on the calendar for either Long Beach or Road America, with just one United States Grand Prix scheduled to be held at Circuit of the America’s however both Long Beach and Road America are set to host rounds of a different AFIA sanctioned series in 2013.

Other changes see the Austrian Grand Prix moved to the fifth round of the season, whilst the Brazilian Grand Prix moves back to the final round of the season.
