Verstappen chooses Willows

FF2M championship leader Max Verstappen has decided to make his FF1M debut with Willows in 2016.

The Dutchman’s signature was said to be highly coveted with at least three teams courting the services of the 18 year old.

Max, son of former FF1M race winner Jos Verstappen, has enjoyed a more consistent second campaign in FF2M after a series of crashes marred his rookie season in the series.

Verstappen will join Stoffel Vandoorne at the team. Rumours that Willows will change the teams name to Villows are said to be tabloid fiction.
