FJR announced today they have retained Swiss driver Catharina Caracciola for a second season with the team.
The team’s academy graduate took her first pole position in the last race at Hungary, and whilst she had a disastrous race the qualifying performance, and her performance across the season in general, has been enough to convince team principal James Brickles that the Montreux resident had a future in the team.
The decision to re-sign Caracciola means that FJR will field an unchanged team in 2018 with Kevin Magnussen already signed.
